Aman Gill is a dynamic entrepreneur, community leader, and event curator based in Alberta, Canada, with over two decades of experience in real estate, business development, and community engagement. Known for bringing people together through elevated experiences and meaningful initiatives, she blends professionalism, creativity, and philanthropy in all her work.
She is the CEO of Premier Roofing & Waterproofing Ltd., where she leads commercial and residential roofing and waterproofing projects across Alberta. Alongside this, she is an experienced Realtor, builder, and developer, and the owner of CRU Developments Inc., with a strong focus on real estate investment, development, and long-term growth.
Aman is also the founder of Inspire by Aman Gill, a luxury event and community platform focused on connection, empowerment, culture, and philanthropy in the South Asian community. Through Inspire, she has organized cultural events, fashion shows, bridal expos, and luxury celebrations across Canada and beyond, creating elevated experiences that highlight community and creativity.
Her recent initiatives include Ladies That Brunch, which brought together over 55 women for meaningful conversation, wellness, and connection, as well as the development of the upcoming Inspire Awards Gala, designed to recognize leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers across communities.
Deeply committed to giving back, Aman serves as Chair of the Events & Community Engagement Sub-Committee for the Lois Hole Hospital Women’s Society and has received recognition including a Civil Rights Award from the Edmonton Police Service. Her journey from immigration to entrepreneurship reflects resilience, leadership, and a lasting commitment to creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
